Welcome to La Privada Stay – Kierland Retreat, a private, resort-style home in the heart of North Scottsdale’s prestigious Kierland area. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, style, and effortless indoor-outdoor living, this home offers a relaxing escape in one of Scottsdale’s most desirable locations.
Enjoy a peaceful, quiet neighborhood setting while being just minutes from world-class shopping, dining, golf, and entertainment.
Kitchen
The heart of the home features a beautifully updated kitchen with quartz countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a fully stocked setup ideal for cooking and entertaining. A spacious pantry makes it perfect for longer stays and group meals.
Living Room
Relax in a spacious and inviting living area designed for both comfort and entertainment. Enjoy movie nights or game days on SMART TVs with Roku streaming, all from a large leather sectional and high-end furnishings.
Master Suite
The oversized master suite is a private retreat located at the rear of the home, featuring a California King bed and direct access to the backyard through elegant French doors. Step outside to your own poolside escape or enjoy the additional seating area just outside your suite.

Heated Pool (Optional Add-On)
Enjoy our private pool year-round with optional heating.
Pool heat is available for $80 per night and will remain on for the entire duration of your stay to maintain a consistent and comfortable temperature.
Important:
Pool heating requires advance preparation and is not an instant feature. To ensure the pool is warm upon arrival, requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
Heating typically takes 24–48 hours to reach optimal temperature (approximately 85°F, weather dependent)
Requests made after check-in will result in a delay before the pool reaches the desired temperature
Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the full stay and cannot be turned on/off intermittently
We strongly recommend adding pool heat in advance—especially during cooler months—to fully enjoy the pool from the moment you arrive.

We had such a great experience here! We loved that the home is at the end of a street with no cut-through traffic — it felt quiet, private, and safe. It was the perfect place to host two different slumber parties with girlfriends and enjoy the beautiful Scottsdale weather in January.The pool was such a treat, and the house was meticulously maintained. Smart, stylish, and ideal for families or friends, with games both inside and outside and super-fast WiFi. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a great home base for our spring break trip to the Phoenix area! It was like staying at our own little mini resort. We opted to have the pool heated which ended up being a saving grace because the weather was unusually cool for March. The home is well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the outdoor areas. We loved the close proximity to great restaurants after a day of fun under the Arizona sun. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to other families! (Our children are eight and 10 for reference.)

This oasis is all we hoped for... and more. The pricurtes represent this home and yard well. The location is quiet and private while just a short walk to the wonderful Kierland restaurants and shops. All our family, ages 10 to 95 years, enjoyed a beautiful time. Communication with Victor, from check in to departure, was quick, pleasant, and effective. You won't regret booking and staying in this secluded, yet, convenient, retreat. It earned a "10" rating!
