OUTDOOR LIVING: Our spacious backyard has fun for everyone... Take a dip or play basketball in our private pool, soak up the sunshine poolside, or enjoy our natural grass lawn. The backyard is great for little ones, as the pool is fully fenced, and the backyard is gated with plenty of shade beneath our beautiful citrus trees. During the winter months, enjoy freshly squeezed juice from our grapefruit, orange and lemon trees! Mimosas or lemonade with brunch, anyone?
INDOOR LIVING: Want to escape the heat? Curl up inside with a movie on one of our 4 flat screen TVs. Our home's unique layout has a light-filled open main floor plan with sky lights and 30-foot ceilings. Stretch out in the main floor living room or family TV room on the main floor, and relax in the finished basement equipped with a second family TV room and games room. Play board games or a game of cards, or just catch a snooze in the quiet calm of the lower level!
LET'S EAT! For foodies, whip up feasts in our fully-stocked kitchen. We have all the gadgets and gizmos - microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, rice cooker, slow cooker, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, juicer, roasting pan, all dishes, utensils, cookware and bakeware. Our spacious eat-in kitchen overlooks the outdoor pool, or choose to dine al fresco under blue Arizona skies!
CATCH SOME ZZZZ's: Five bedrooms are spread out over the three floors of our house to give everyone space. Black out curtains in 3 of the bedrooms for those who need it. The main floor primary King bedroom with 5-piece ensuite washroom and walk-in closet walks out to the back yard. Upstairs, you will find a second King bedroom, a Queen bedroom, a double twin bedroom and a 5-piece washroom. The basement bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. A toddler bed and pack and play provide 2 additional sleeping spaces for the little ones.
GENERAL INFO: Free WiFi, central A/C & heating, washer/dryer, linens/towels, pool towels, family friendly, suitable for elderly guests. Garage parking for 2 vehicles, driveway parking for 2 vehicles, street parking, solar power.

The home was great but we did expect it to be more renovated as the bathrooms were tired but very clean. The owner was very responsive to requests, the property manager not so much, never did return my call or show up on property.House has a well equipped kitchen, very good laundry, TV’s in every bedroom as well as great room.The pool was lovely, 85 F. Great area for restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, access to freeways. Overall a very good place to stay!

The house was located close to the Mayo Clinic Hospital where we were having surgery for my son. The house is in a very quiet location very close to shopping. The house is obviously well set up for families with small children but it functioned well for us. We had a need to contact the owner snd property manager and they responded very quickly to our inquiries.

I come to Arizona for MLB Spring Training every year and this location was the best I've stayed in all my visits. The location is central to be able to get to all the Phoenix area ballparks easily.
The house is spacious with a pool - the grapefruit, lemon and orange trees in the back are a bonus! The lemons and grapefruits were particularly good!
The location is also close to grocery stores (Safeway, Fry's, Sprouts) and tons of restaurants. Also nearby bike and walking paths.
I we get the opportunity, we would love to come back!

I rented this property for 2 months and it was fantastic. I was there with my family ranging from 16 months to 93 yrs of age. The house was perfect for everyone. Everything I needed for my granddaughter and a bedroom on the main floor for my 93 yr old mum.
The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. Bonus having citrus trees in the backyard to make fresh squeezed juice.
There is a beautiful pool that is heated, no extra fees to heat the pool.
The home is in a quiet residential area and close to everything. The farthest drive was to the airport which was 25 mins away.
I had a few minor issues upon arrival and they were dealt with Immediately!!
I can’t say enough good things about this home and I’m hoping to go back again.
I would highly recommend this home if you’re planning a trip to Scottsdale.
