The Calm of a Loft on the Quays of the Bream - 10 min Metro

Great location, close to Capitole, right off the river. Excellent restaurants steps from the apartment. As stated in h the listing, 4th floor with stairs, made it a very quiet apartment. 6-7 minute walk to Capitole, wonderful area to stay!

Great property. The only downside was the 4 floor walk up so keep your luggage light. Otherwise perfect area near lots of shopping and night life.

If you are looking for an ideally located place to stay in Toulouse, this is it! Pros: 1. Location is right near the city center with all you need close by; boulangerie, Capitole, restaurants, museums, walking along the river right outside the door, quiet street, quiet building 2. The apartment is cleaned well 3. Queen bed very comfortable with great bedding. 4. Furnished with all you need for a great stay, including fast internet, kitchen supplies, bath supplies, coffee, good shower w plenty of hot water, plenty of towels. 5. Heaters worked well for comfort. Cons; 1. Entrance to the apartment was not easy. I was supplied the incorrect contact information and repeated texts with the owner resulted in the same information each attempt to explain not being able to connect with the person who was giving access. Eventually I was able to get into the building by accident when another tenant came out the exterior door. Once inside, I was able to enter the apartment with the directions given. Had this not happened I would have been stranded in a strange city. I never did meet anyone associated with the apartment. The other reviews stating they were met and given information about the apartment and area was not my experience. FYI I did have a local number specifically for this reason, but not having the correct number to call the contact person was a detriment in any case. 2. The couch, which turns into a bed, is not comfortable for sleeping. Listing this as a 4 person flat is not accurate. The space is a studio and the main sleeping area not private. This is ideal for a couple or one person but not for parties requiring 2 sleeping spaces. 3. There is a general overall scent of mold when in the apartment. The laundry is hung to dry in the apartment between guests and this adds to the moisture in the air. When we arrived the bedding was still wet and hanging in the closet. Since the windows only open on one side (into the courtyard) there is no cross breeze to allow for air movement through the apartment. We got used to this scent over time, and because the place was so nice in all other ways, we accepted it. 4. Only 1 key is provided, making it challenging for parties who go in different directions and odd hours. 5. The many flights of stairs may be a detriment for physically challenged people Overall it was a wonderful experience. The other tenants in the building were helpful and friendly. The area is clean and charming.

Cette location n'a que des atouts! L'efficacité des propriétaires, la localisation parfaite dans le centre de Toulouse, sa propreté et sa décoration... bref tout y est pour passer un séjour parfait! Merci beaucoup !
