About this house rental
Due to Texas mandate of HomeAway tax remittance starting 1 April 2019 VRBO/HomeAway will remit taxes to the state directly. You won't be disappointed. Our home is located 3 miles from Lackland BMT graduation and a great place to relax and enjoy time with your Airman! Very spacious and great for families. Private. You won't have to rush to get to your Airman's BMT graduation! And less then a mile from grocery stores and many restaurants. Have a backyard BBQ/playset. TV's in every room. Loft "movie room". Close to Sea World, the San Antonio Zoo, Six Flags, the Riverwalk and more!! Pets are welcome (a non-refundable pet fee). Wal Mart is right around the corner for all of your needs. Several churches of many denominations near. We go out of our way to make sure all of your needs are met from the start.

Great backyard for our dog. Big kitchen with Instant Pot, Air Fryer and Crockpot. We used charcoal grill to make chicken and steak for fajitas and burgers. Walmart is close for deliveries or quick pickups. Neighborhood pool is a few blocks away. They even supply seat cushions for military graduations which is minutes away from Lackland. Highly recommend!

Tina is an amazing HOST!We had a couple of issues and she addressed them promptly! We have stayed here a couple of times as we tend to travel quite a bit to San Antonio and enjoy the accommodations this home has to offer for our large teenage family. The home is as pictured. Check in as not been an issue. There is a master bedroom down stairs with two beds and a full master bath.There is a half bath downstairs. Upstairs are four bedrooms and two full baths. Highly recommend renting this home for any large families or needing a roomy home for a long or short visit on the southwest side of San Antonio.

Our Host was great, alway answered our questions real quick. The house had everything we needed and really appreciated the floor fans in each bedroom as that is what we are use to go to sleep with. Plenty of towels and rags for all of us (9)and lots of room to move around without stepping on anyone. Thanks

The house needs a deep cleaning. Patio chairs need replacing. Kitchen items were disappointing. We enjoyed our stay. A few changes and updates would make this property a good option.
