From the kind welcome to the friendly goodbye the hosts were as helpful and easy to deal with as any traveler could ask for. The property is even better than pictured if that is possible the location is incredible. We stayed a week and it was easy to visit Crozon and Sizun as well as towns in the area. Or, you could just relax, walk on the beach or sit on the gorgeous veranda and/ or deck and just watch the tides. You will not be disappointed in any respect if you are lucky to come here!

We came a second time - and hope to return again ! The house is located directly at a large beach with ocean view from almost every point in the house. 2 terraces offer a magnificent place to enjoy evenings , sunsets , breakfasts with a spectacular view . The house offers everything you need for a comfortable stay . And you have barefoot access to the beach , just a few steps through the garden away . Perfect if you love nature , but also great for excursions by car or bike . Thanks again to Chris and Janig for their warm-hearted Welcome and the opportunity to stay at lovely Perle des Oyats ! We will return ! 🍀

We spent wonderful days in the house ! It offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday . Chris & Janig were very supporting throughout the whole process of booking , welcoming us at beginning , supplying information about the area , restaurants etc. , took care while we were in the house and asked , wether everything was fine , up to saying good bye at the end ! The situation of that lovely house is fantastic . The ocean seems to be part of the house . There is a TV ( even offering English , German and other international TV Channels ) but you will hardly need it for entertainment - watching the ocean will be the best and most relaxing entertainment imaginable . From that best ever terrace you can enjoy sunset , meals or spontaneously walk that wonderful beach - barefoot , as the access from the garden couldn‘t be easier . There are lots of things to do around : Surfing , Swimming, Sightseeing at Pointe Du Raz et Pointe Du Van , Penmarch Brest etc . We are very much looking forward to return ! All the best and thanks for everything to Chris , Janig and „La Perle des Oyats“ .

A beautiful house right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Modern equipment. A very comfortable bed. The kitchen very well equipped. Very pleasant contact with the host. Very friendly and uncomplicated process. It was a very nice relaxing week and we would like to thank Janig & Chris. PS: The most beautiful attraction was the dog Ulf :)

Cette maison est tout à fait exceptionnelle de par son emplacement. Vue mer de toutes les pièces, terrasse surplombant la plage, accès direct à la plage, coucher de soleil sur la mer en face du salon... Le tout est décoré avec goût et parfaitement fonctionnel. Ma seule alerte est sur l'escalier qui n'a pas de rampe ce qui peut être un petit souci lorsque ce sont des personnes âgées qui doivent l'emprunter (mais il est parfait sinon) Les hôtes sont extrêmement prévenants, disponibles et à l'écoute, merci Janig et Christophe ! La perle des oyats est bien une perle... On reviendra !

die Perle des Oyats macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort als so außergewöhnlich und erholsam empfunden, dass wir kaum das Verlangen hatten uns von diesem Ort wegzubewegen. We have been there for one week in May. The Summer House is in a beautifull surrounding, just 4 steps to the beach. The rooms are bright and light with beautifull furniture. We had some beautifull Sunsets on the new terrace. I hope we will come back! Thomas & Gertrud

Merci à Janig et Christophe pour cet accueil très sympathique! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre paradis, bercés par le bruit des vagues et des oiseaux. La maison est très bien équipée, propre, moderne, cocoon et joliment décorée. Les baies vitrées, un atout indéniable offrant une lumière incroyable et des moments de contemplation du lever au coucher du soleil! C'est juste parfait !! on en veut encore...et on reviendra !

La Perle des Oyats porte bien son nom. Nichée sur la dune avec une vue à couper le souffle, la maison est un véritable joyau à découvrir. Les hôtes sont très agréables et ont aménagé l’endroit pour que l’on s’y sente comme chez soi. Une adresse à garder pour y revenir et explorer un peu plus les alentours.

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Herbstwochen in diesem Haus am Strand. Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch die Vermieter begann unser toller Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses ist großartig. Den erste Blick am Morgen wirft man auf den Strand, über dem noch der Morgendunst steht. Am Abend verabschiedet sich die Sonne ins Meer und wir konnten diese wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge nahezu jeden Abend von der Terrasse aus genießen, die direkt an den Strand grenzt. Wir fanden die von uns gesuchte Ruhe und Erholung aber nicht nur im und am Haus, sondern auch auf unseren Wanderungen. Besonders auf dem GR 34 wird man immer wieder mit tollen Ausblicken und wunderschöner Natur für jeden Schritt belohnt. Jeden Tag waren wir im Meer zum Schwimmen und Toben in den Wellen, bevor wir am Abend frischen Fisch oder anderes Meeresgetier genossen. Das Haus bietet neben der einzigartigen Lage auch alle Annehmlichkeiten, die den Urlaub rundum gelingen lassen. Wir kommen wieder!

Alles war noch besser als 2017 . Jeden Morgen ein Highlight beim öffnen der Jalousien. Die Sonnenuntergänge mit der neuen Terrasse einmalig und faszinierende. Christophe & Janig Einmalig. Wir werden bestimmt nicht wieder 4 Jahre brauchen um den Traum wieder zu erleben .

Wir haben in der Bretagne schon einige sehr schöne Ferienhäuser bewohnen dürfen, dieses wunderschön gelegene Häuschen ist wahrlich einzigartig! Gartentor auf, schon am Strand, die Nachbarschaft von Restaurant und Campingplatz stört die Privatsphäre nicht im geringsten, man kann die herrliche Luft, das Meer und die Dünen ungestört genießen! Es war alles da, was man braucht, jeder Cent war gut investiert, wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons passé une super semaine et reposante. La location est très bien équipée, et très bien placée sur la plage en vous donnant une expérience de la Bretagne au plus près de la mer, quel que soit le temps. Janig & Christophe mettent tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour se passe sans problème. Merci a eux pour l'accueil et leur gentillesse. Allez y les yeux fermés, même si il semble qu'il soit difficile de réserver.

Maison conforme à la description. Je conseille cette maison à toutes les personnes souhaitant se reposer et se ressourcer. Malgré le mauvais temps nous avons passé une semaine idéale . Je mets juste un bémol concernant l'escalier qui peut être un peu dangereux avec un enfant en bas âge.

Not only are the hosts the two sweetest people in the world who want to make sure you feel welcome and at home. Also the house and the place are amazing! The view is stunning, the house clean, the kitchen so well equipped like you would never expect from a holiday home - and I am really into cooking. Next door is a restaurant which was closed when I was there likewise the camping site in the off season so it felt like I was the only one around. I will definitly come back!
