The house was very clean, and the owner was responsive with excellent communication whenever we requested support. The location was very convenient, close to malls and restaurants. Our family truly enjoyed our stay.”

Great rental. Clean, had everything we needed. Heater worked well. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. It was nice to have the dedicated parking as the street parking was usually full. Good, central location and was able to get to everywhere we wanted within 15 minutes (including downtown). Host was very responsive to questions and provided us details well before our trip.

Both beds squeaked when you sat on them and every time you moved while sleeping. The fan in the largest bedroom could not be turned off since the wall switch turned the fan and light on at the same time; the pull chain for the fan was broken off (I found it in the top drawer of the chest) inside the on-fan switch and could not be reattached. The tub stopper would not seal and the lever was not attached to the tub. The kitchen faucet would automatically switch to spray when the water got hot. There were no instructions on how to work the TV/Cable box. No information on what needed to be done before departure.
