It's complete with all furniture, 55” LCD TV, WiFi, cable tv, and Netflix! Full kitchen amenities, side yard, etc. Free designated parking for 1 car + street parking. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, Oakridge Shopping Mall/movie theatre and public transportation to entire SF Bay Area and beyond. Centrally located in Silicon Valley for easy day trips to iconic vacation destinations including Carmel Valley, Big Sur, Monterey Penninsula, Santa Cruz, The Redwoods, Half Moon Bay, San Francisco, Livermore Wine Country and much more. Both beds squeaked when you sat on them and every time you moved while sleeping. The fan in the largest bedroom could not be turned off since the wall switch turned the fan and light on at the same time; the pull chain for the fan was broken off (I found it in the top drawer of the chest) inside the on-fan switch and could not be reattached. The tub stopper would not seal and the lever was not attached to the tub. The kitchen faucet would automatically switch to spray when the water got hot. There were no instructions on how to work the TV/Cable box. No information on what needed to be done before departure.
