We our excited about this vrbo just 7 minutes drive from our Daughter’s house. We actually changed our trip plans to match an availability for this studio apartment and are so glad we did. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance to shops on the main street. Street parking was always available and easy access to the separate entry with a key code.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The guesthouse had everything our family of four needed. We appreciated the full kitchen and air bed. The little garden area with a table and umbrella was enjoyed in the morning and evening. Location...in walking distance to the restaurants in Willow Glen...was perfect. The host Teri was very communicative throughout the whole stay. Quick to answer my questions. The check out process was simple and easy, nothing too demanding. My OH and I enjoyed our stay so much we want to rent out the studio for ourselves! This is a perfect spot tucked away in willow glen:)

My wife and I came to the area to so to a Niners game. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was walking distance from some great food and cute shops. The hosts were very hospitable and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The studio was perfect for my husband and I as we came into town to visit family and friends. Great location within short walking distance to the Main Street of Willow Glen. Teri & Bruce are very nice & accommodating hosts! We just needed a space that was centrally located between family & friends for the holiday! And their place provided us with a beautiful, quiet, & restful cottege so we could visit with family & recharge for the next adventure! Although we didn’t prepare anything except coffee, one could easily cook up a nice meal in the well equipped kitchen! Also, the cottage is an easy walk to downtown Willow Glen if you wanted to eat out! Thank you Teri & Bruce for such a nice experience!

Even though we only stayed two days, everything fit our needs perfectly. Not only did our host help us when we first checked in, but the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials so we didn't have to run out shopping first thing. Also very comfortable and quiet! We really enjoyed our stay. It was better than expected. Super cute quaint little neighborhood and nicely tucked away with lots of privacy. Everything was super clean and the kids played inside with plenty of room. Loved that they had complimentary water and even beer and wine. The best part of all was Teri was so quick to respond and went above and beyond with our requests. Super thankful for a top notch stay with great hosts. Made our trip special for our kiddos. The cottage is in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our cousins live in the same neighborhood which made it even better. It’s furnished with everything one could need. The backs were appreciated. Communication with Terri was always great.

What a perfect cottage with its own private entrance and fenced in yard. Just there for one night, but couldn't ask for anything more. Thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee at the outdoor table listening to the birds. Also saw some cute restaurants just a block or so away - an easy walk. You won't be disappointed staying here!

While SJ is about an hour’s drive from Oakland, I have not spent much time in the state’s 3rd largest city. With the chance to see professional women’s tennis tournament since 2018, I’m enjoying the opportunity to get to know SJ. This lovely studio is located in a beautiful, shady neighborhood, Willow Glen, with many great eateries within easy walking distance. It is such a pleasant place that we even jumped at the chance to bring some takeout back to eat at the patio table. Highly recommend everything about the studio, and dining at the Cider Junction, Bill’s, the Table, and Urban Momo. Look forward to coming back!

This property is a perfect location for downtown Willow Glen. The room it's self is quaint with all the Amenities. There are few things future travelers should know. 1. We had problems entering the code to gain entry after returning from dinner, it was late and not being able to gain entry was a little scary. But After jiggling the door a couple of times the code worked. I mention this so future visitors won't stress as we did. 2. There is a list of chores to do before you leave, take the sheets off, take the garbage out as well as the recycling, turn the thermostat to a certain degree, etc. this is all good but they also charge a cleaning fee. This is just another FYI. I mention the list above not to deter future travelers but to keep everybody informed👍🏻

We booked this property for a little Moms' Weekend Away and it was so perfect! Booking with Terri was super easy--I received all the check in/out information in a timely manner and she was really quick to respond when we had questions! The studio was clean and well stocked. The private yard was perfect for pre and post dinner wine and gab sessions! The best part of this property was its location! We had no idea how close it was to local restaurants and shops! We were able to walk to dinner and brunch! We really enjoyed admiring all the cute homes in the neighborhood too. Will definitely book again for our next Mom Weekend Getaway!
