This charming 800 sq ft newly remodeled bungalow style suite located in historic Willow Glen, San Jose. It is an independent unit doesn’t share any space with others. Private entrance, close to restaurants and shops in downtown Willow Glen! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Stylishly decorated modern home with Wifi, Roku streaming, easy access to Caltrain, LightRail, bus, SJ airport. Close to downtown San Jose developing technology center. Very safe and nice neighborhood.

This guest suite is on a busy street so some street noises are expected. The noises wouldn’t be an issue as long as the windows are closed. Absolutely No smoking, no drugs and no party!

Bathroom vent was very dirty. Everything else was great. Not a fan of backing out onto the busy street, but we did ok.

The property was well stocked and clean. Great little house with everything you would need. It is on a busy road, so be careful backing out of the drive way if you have a car.

This rental was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and rooms were perfect for our family. A big bonus was the washer and dryer, this came in handy the last day of our trip. The location was perfect. The host was great-super responsive and attentive. I’d stay here again.

It is on a busy street, not recommended for any light sleeper, especially on a weekend. One bed is very soft and the other is firm. There are a lot of plants and flowers in front which makes it difficult to see oncoming traffic, bikers or pedestrians when pulling out. Communication was great. We enjoyed our stay.
