Perfect location with stunning views and an easy walk to the beach or town. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and off road parking is a major bonus in Salcombe as it gets very busy at peak times. Barbeque on the decking was great and would recommend the butchers at the garage as you enter the town. Amazing quality. Would come back again without any hesitation.
Nothing really we didn't like. It was perfect for our needs.

Lovely, spacious, well appointed ground floor apartment in a wonderful location .
The outside decking areas need urgent attention as I would consider them unsafe. When booking this property on the booking.com site it was not clear it was an apartment as we would not have booked it. Luckily no one was in the apartments above during our stay as that may have changed our experience.
