well appointed spacious. close to where I needed to be
there was no hot water on. the underfloor heating had been turned off and took 24 hours to work. this issue was handled well by ‘Jane’
as one of our party was pregnant it was a bit more of an issue for us at the time.

Great location and attractively designed and comfortable furnishings.
Quite a few basics wrong in terms of installation/repair e.g oven hood light not working; shower tiles not v clean, shower ‘taped up’ as a mend; freezer door unattached to inside door; bath plug not working properly; washing machine full of mouldy water which spilled all over the floor when we were just opening doors in kitchen to find out what was where; no mattress covers on bed. What is frustrating is that I have since seen all these issues mentioned on other sites from previous occupants. They’re really things that should have been seen to - esp the washing machine.
