It’s the most beautiful apartment with wainscotting and other original features, but tastefully modernised.
Absolutely silent inside - ensured sound sleep in the very comfortable bedrooms.
We didn’t book a longer stay.

The apartment was quirky and interesting. Conversion from a school obviously made it unique.
The art work and the rugs were very interesting and added character to the property.
The living space was vast and table more than adequate.
we were there as the cold weather started in November. The heating was inadequate. The vast space really requires a log burner.
The windows were single glazed and drafty and the curtains didn't keep out the drafts and in one case were coming away from the rod.
The choice of furniture was bizarre. The 2 huge leather armchairs took up much of the available width of the room and the small leather settee meant presumably for the other 2 occupants was uncomfortable, cold and too small. We had to drag another settee from the vast space to try and get a comfy seat. This space nesds rethinking!
The ensuite bathroom was only just adequate. with a very small shower and a very strangely placed built in wardrobe.
