Well equipped. Good location with 2 parking spaces
Only one key that fitted all doors. Needed 2 keys really to feel safe and for convenience. No windows to open in the 2 smaller bedrooms only patio doors.

Location was good. The town centre was less than a 10 min walk which is good as hardly no parking in the town. The little garden was secure for the kids to play outside. The bed linen was crisp and clean. Allocated parking space. Key safe meant we didn’t have to be there for a certain time.
Needed fans in bedrooms. It was quite hot and I don’t like the bedroom windows open being on the ground floor. Even though it was a safe neighbourhood. Would have liked a visitors book with recommendations on beaches to visit and restaurants as we were there for a short space of time.

Great location close to Salcombe only 5 mins walk. Beautiful sunny spot on the patio. Everything that was needed in the kitchen. Lovely clean white towels and bedding, very comfortable beds and amazing pillows.
The postcode didn’t get you to the exact location so had to drive around a bit to find it. Was hard to work out how to access the apartment, an explanation of how the key needed to open two locks and where the entrance was would have helped. The hot water was a bit hit and miss for showering. Glass table top on the dining room table was ‘noisy’ everything banged.

2 numbered car parking spaces in the private grounds - gold dust in Salcombe!
The property is only a little 'up the hill' from town and a very easy stroll down to the fish & chip shop. - Just up one set of stairs above the playground.
Having 2 bathrooms was very handy.
Being on the ground floor, there's a little terrace area just outside the lounge patio doors.
Hopefully the patio doors have now been adjusted so you don't need to 'have the knack' to lock them.
The double bed could be larger. But the en-suite has a really good shower.
The middle room is more child sized than for a couple.
