No breakfast we rented just the house. Found it a good location liked the parking space steep but not an issue.

Warm, comfortable, homely, well appointed.

A little tired in places. Front faces North so no chance of sitting in the sun while enjoying the views. At the top of many steep steps and hills from Salcombe.
