Average property in a nice area.

Its location was great.

Light socket in bedroom was not secured in the ceiling. Plug socket in living room was hanging off. The kitchen tap was very loose and wobbly. Human faecal matter was in the toilet when we first arrived. Importantly, I didn’t appreciate having to go to Bayeux to collect the property key, I was expecting someone to meet us at the property, after a long day traveling this was the last thing I was expecting to do.

A pleasant week.

The appartment is clean and bright with `French` doors out to a balcony with a vue accross to the church. The bedroom king-size mattress very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has a microwave instead of an oven, and I suggest the refridgerator set to No 4 on arrival. The allocated parking space is often taken by the office-workers (of the appartments ground floor) but there were plenty of vacant spaces against the back wall. There is no reception/concierge at Port en Bessin.

The online booking.com process takes you to Belvilla Holiday Company, Netherlands, where you pay the tourist tax and bed linen & towels , to receive a digital `vaucher`. The keys then will be ready to collect from a conciergerie at Bayeux, who have a team working in an office/house at 27 Boulevard Sadi Carnot (even on a Saturday) ! They will text you the day before you arrive to ask your collection time. You can also email them: [email protected] At the end of you stay the cleaners will arrive & take both appartment and street keys from you.

We chose badly!

Comfortable bed and quaint town.

A basic cheaply fitted apartment. No toiletries, or homely touches. No dish towel supplied. Could do with a replacement of broken items, tatty curtains, bedroom mould, old coffee machines and chopping board and could do with sharp knife. Wifi password given was incorrect. Terrible shower - shower head broken, shower doesn’t drain. I suggest the owners/ managers stay in their apartment to experience it properly! Also, a very noisy neighbor opposite who like to shout and train his dog late at night😳😂

Great location for visiting D Day Beaches.,Mount St Michele, lovely historic town. Nice view from the window, market on Sunday, local shops and restaurants

Would need bigger knight in the kitchen. Warning sign about hot water being very hot, as the tap comes with feerce water flow.

Disappointed with communication and

Nice , bright property in a great location in terms of centre of town.

Additional charges for linen and cleaning when clearly the property had not been cleaned very well. Previous broken shower reported by another customer 2 weeks earlier , still broken . We had no hot water one evening but despite sending messages , heard nothing back . Same with WIFI code which didn’t work.

Il faut se rendre dans une agence pour récupérer les clés, ce n'est pas dit dans l'annonce et l'agence n'est pas à côté. Des frais supplémentaires sont imposés (88 € pour 2 nuits en plus du prix du logement)

El precio no fue el que informó Booking, una vez que reservas sin poder arrepentirte te mando un Mail diciendo que además tenes que pagar un extra en mi caso fue €107, Booking es cómplice de esta estafa porque nada estaba informado en la página . 2. Las llaves las tenes que buscar voy en un local de a casi 10 km del dpto, lo lógico que te esperen el departamento. UNA TOTAL EStAFA. 3 La calefacción para invierno fue insuficiente.

Si la localisation est bonne, le service de gestion de réservation est lamentable. A éviter!

La gestion de la réservation . L agence nous présente un tarif pour la réservation, tarif, qui une fois payé , double pour le ménage et l obligation de leur prendre les draps. Le premier tarif était 89 euros et au final ils nous ont demandé 84 euros de plus! Scandaleux! Sachant, qu ils m envoyer 4 mails et 4 SMS par jour pendant une semaine! Par ailleurs leur service client qui devait me rappeler ne l a jamais fait. Enfin, il fait aller chercher les clés à 20 min du lieu de la location.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait de réserver pour un montant de 150,92 € taxes et frais compris et de se retrouver à payer 40 + 50 € en plus

Het appartement is erg schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig maar geen overbodige luxe. Een centraleigging voor D-Day locaties. Echt een top verblijf.

Niets viel tegen. Een oventje had handig geweest maar zonder kan ook prima.

Système d'intermédiaire avec conciergerie vraiment pas optimal : rdv pour remise des clés devant le logement, finalement on m'écrit le jour même que je dois moi-même, me déplacer à Bayeux car ils ne sont pas en mesure de se déplacer à Port en Bessin car il n'y a qu'une personne de l'équipe qui travaille ce jour...une braie blague...je perds 30min... Et compliqué également pour le check-out. La personne me donne rdv devant le logement, arrive 15 min en retard car c'est jour de marché, bref toutes les excuses sont bonnes, ce n'est vraiment pas professionnel. Dans le descriptif de l'appartement il est noté 1lit double et 2 canapés lits donc 3 lits. Mais pas du tout, il manque un canapé lit...
