The place was awesome, next to a château (beautiful setting), fully equipped (it suited all our needs); beds were very comfortable; got a lot of information regarding the property and nearby areas right away after booking; staff was responsive. Overall, one of the best places I have booked in all my travels.

Nothing to complain about, but if you are a party of 4 or 5 people it may not be big enough (for the 3 of us it was perfect). Also, this property may not be suitable for the elderly because of the somewhat steep stairway (bathroom and bedroom is upstairs). However, the property managers have a website where you can check many other properties that may not be listed in booking.com, so I suggest to ask them about it.

it is quite a distance from the car park to the front door however the location is ideal for touring the Normandy coast.

the peace and quiet. no traffic noise and no noise from neighbours

it was a long walk when taking in food and luggage from the car park to the property especially on a wet day. it should note this on the property description. The bed was very squeaky but worse was the selection of bedding left for visitors to make up themselves where nothing matched. eg. two odd pillowcases, random duvet cover and dark brown sheet. No tea towel, scissors or bread knife and had been provided with new, navy towels that hadn’t been pre washed and therefore left blue fluff everywhere. no obvious place to leave general rubbish when leaving the property.

The apartement was so go unbelievable good that I don't want to tell it because I hope to find a free date when I return.

The location is exceptional, everything you can imagine is in the apartment, a great flatscreen TV a fast wifi connection, a good parking name it and you have and the interior is just a thing of beauty

Beau gîte, spacieux et confortable dans un cadre agréable, au calme, proche de Bayeux et des plages du débarquement. Nous n’avons pas rencontré nos hôtes mais tout était expliqué clairement afin que notre séjour se passe au mieux. C’était parfait!

Bellissimo appartamento nel verde della Normandia

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in 4 con un cane in questo appartamento su due piani situato a pochi km dalla spiaggia nella campagna della Normandia di fronte ad un piccolo chateau. L’appartamento era fornito di tutto il necessario (bollitore, lavatrice, lavastoviglie ecc.), arredamento curato e giardinetto privato piacevole.

Al nostro arrivo il frigorifero puzzava e le stoviglie erano un po’ vecchie. Abbiamo faticato a trovare l’appartamento causa indicazioni poco chiare.

Nu a fost cu mic dejun inclus, dar in rest, totul legat de această proprietate a fost deosebit. Liniștea, proximitatea plajelor, vederea castelului, împrejurimile idilice- au fost o încântare.

Poate, dacă indicațiile legate de locație ar fi mai clare (și direct in limba engleză), ar ajuta.

Fijn adres voor rustzoekers.

De rust hier is geweldig, als je dat zoekt. Het is er echt stil, wij sliepen hier goed. Ook fijn dat er een kleine tuin is, met kunstgras. Geen auto’s voor de deur is een pluspunt. Daardoor rustig en mooi uitzicht. Het is niet ver lopen.

Bestek en servies/kopjes/glazen is wat rommelig. Verschillend in aantallen en soorten. Dit is ook te zien in interieur, maar maakt het ook wel gezellig.

märchenhafter Aufenthalt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar. Die Unterkunft scheint in einen der mittlerweile umgebauten Seitenflügel der Bediensteten des alten Chateau´s zu liegen. Der kleine Vorgarten bietet Raum für Ruhe und Abstand vom Fußvolk. Das Schloss war unserseits aus dem Fenster sichtbar und wir waren froh, als das der Besitzer uns nicht zum Dienst gerufen hat :) - Fußweg 30 Meter, Besitzer gibt gern historische Auskünfte, nettes Gefolge. Also, wenn ein Mann seiner Liebsten einen "märchenhaften" Aufenthalt gestalten und sie mit einem Prinzenkuss sie in einen pittoresken Tag wecken möchte - hier sind Sie richtig. In der Nacht kann der Monarch seinem Herzblatt die Sterne vom Himmel pflücken. Foto anbei! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselkasten und mitgeteilten Code. Großer Parkplatz, auch für die Kutsche der Prinzessin :) Betten und Dusche, WC....alles bestens. Die 2 Etagen erwiesen sich wie immer für uns als geniale Lösung. Der Prinz konnte somit ungestört in den Wohnräumen die Geschäfte des Reiches verwalten und seine Anvertraute träumte im Schlafgemach von einem weißen Schimmel und wahrscheinlich von neuen Schuhen. Niemand, aber auch wirklich niemand wird ihr den Schlaf rauben, zauberhafte ruhige Lage. Zum nächsten Ort sind es mit dem Gespann keine 5 Minuten. Alles was der Monarch benötigt kann in Port en Bessin vom Volke erworben werden. Wenn der Adel aber vom Schatzmeister getrieben die Goldstücke unters Volk zu bringen, dann sind die umliegenden Städte leicht zu erreichen. Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung genug, auch andere Prinzessinnen :) räusper.......... Lange Spaziergänge, gedankenumwobene Pläne zur friedlichen Reichsvergrößerung begleiten einen Aufenthalt an der Küste. Die Ankunft nach dem kurzen Urlaub ließ die Traumblase platzen und wir fanden uns im gemeinen Fußvolk von NRW wieder. Auch schön.......... man muss es nur immer wieder und immer wieder sagen, auch schööönnn............ :)
