Very unique 😊and comfortable for family living together. Rooms very clean and tidy with providing essential items and facilities for comfortable stay. Loved the location very near to the city. Rooms were spacious and good size for big family to stay.
Two bedrooms were located outside of the house and but very comfortable and spacious bedroom.

It is a lovely, quirky villa! Very clean and all rooms are very spacious and furnished beautifully ❤️
The housekeepers were very friendly, efficient and attentive to our needs, especially helping with a later check-out and storing our luggage until our late flight home 🙏
We were aware this was away from the centre of Bangkok, however with traffic factored in and difficulty getting grabs / bolts at times for 7 of us, it proved further away than we thought.
A note to the owner: there is not enough kitchenware (plates / bowls / glasses, no toaster?) for a 5 bed Villa.

The host, Judy is really nice and welcoming. The room was so lovely and comfortable, feels like short vacation 👍🏻 Despite the fact that its located at the heart of Ratchada, I almost forgot that we still in the center of BKK since the atmosphere is real relaxing
