Host is very nice and quick to answer questions. Nice quiet building and close to everything like BTS, motorcycle taxi, 7-eleven and restaurants. Close to my Thai bank and Villa market, breakfast story and all the malls like the EM’s. Makes you feel like a local and for us this was important since we lived for years in the area.
Actually nothing bad to say. Maybe drainage in MB sink. A bit slow.

Great location. Lovely apartment with great gym and rooftop.
The room wasn't clean when we arrived and the cleaning that was then done wasn't great, the cleaners left the floor covered in water. Also there aren't any tea towels or a place to dry dishes. Makes using the kitchen difficult.
