Baan Sukhumvit14

Nice apartment with two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Very good location near MRT, BTS and Terminal 21. Very friendly and service-minded staff. Great thank you for the guards that are on duty, always welcoming and friendly. The building and the apartment were very clean. It is our third time staying here, and always pleasant to stay at Baan Sukhumvit 14.

The pool was closed our last day due to maintenance. The apartment is also quite expensive. Apart from that everything was great.

The location is great and makes it very easy to get around and explore the area. The apartment itself was nice, spacious, and comfortable, providing a pleasant base for our stay.

There are no additional facilities available, and we had to request laundry detergent and bin bags multiple times before receiving them. There are also no cleaning services provided during the stay, good to make it specific in the explanation. While the accommodation is in a great location and the room is comfortable, the lack of basic services and amenities meant the overall experience was more limited than expected.

The property is located opposite Terminal 21 and very close to Asok BTS and MRT The security guard is the one who checks you in and speaks almost no English but he is the kindest, respectful and helpful man He opens the door for us and calls the lift ! It is a pleasure to see him every day

The beds were very uncomfortable! I woke up with a backache every morning! The shower tap closes by itself when ever you turn on in the middle the o my way to have a shower is either with hot water or cold water ! If you put it half way the water turns off and it is in both showers! The bathtub plug no longer works and the only way to unplug the bath is to use a knife to pull the plug out ! The sofa is old and when you sit you sink it ! The support seems to be worn out ! Same for the dining room chairs ! In general for the price you pay the place is run down and needs some renovation
