All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was a great stay for the Deep Creek Dunk. Very comfortable rooms and great amenities. Also, the access to shops right across the street was very nice.

Great location, easy to find and check in/check out process was simple.
The wifi was not working so that was disappointing for the teenagers with us.

The house was in a good location with somewhat of a lake view though the trees were blocking most of the view. The house was not cleaned well and it didn’t appear to be vacuumed as there were leaves, webs, dirt, and bugs all over the main and bottom floor. The deck needs TLC because the wood is rotting (splinters) and the table was caked in dirt which was disappointing given it’s the summer and we wanted to enjoy the outside area. The house decor was nice and plenty of space with nice upgraded kitchen.
