Pros - we were able to check in about 40 minutes early. Staff was quick to answer their phones. Great views. Accommodated all our guests and access felt safe and secure. The house was relatively clean and much better than our previous stay at deep creek last year. cons - the listing states there is 3 full bathrooms however there is 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. We ended up having to shovel out half the driveway ourselves as we could not access the garage for our secondary parking space. A few of the towels had what appeared as makeup stains on them.

Goods: Great proximity to Wisp for skiing (2 minute drive). Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. House was adequately stocked, with the bare essentials for cooking meals. Good space for entertaining and plenty of space upstairs. The pool and hot tub were a nice perk as well.Bad: On arrival, the kitchen had a strong odor, the beds were uncomfortable (master BR mattress specifically), couches could use some cleaning, and consideration should be given to purchasing some kind of mats for the entry way for safety. The floor was very slippery.

House need of general maintenance of painting, staining out decks paint inside, also needed caulking in the bathrooms. Auxiliary parking too far away had items stolen off of my truck in the auxiliary parking
