This is your comfortable, spacious and fully furnished Home away from Home on a large lot with trees, shrubs and cacti for your privacy. Centrally located to grocery shopping, Sun City West golf courses, recreation centers, swimming pools, library, etc., as well as a variety of essential health care services including Banner Health Hospital.
This 1800 sq foot house features 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full Baths. The master bath has a walkin shower, a bathtub is located in second bathroom. A fully stocked kitchen with utensils for all your cooking and baking needs, all bed and bath linens, a separate office space, two dining areas, comfortable living room plus Arizona Room with large screen television are featured. An outdoor gas grill and patio eating are avilable to enjoy the beauty of the back yard. Skylights in several rooms, including the kitchen, provide added brightness and light. There is a fully stocked laundry room, a two stall garage with an inside lockable entrance to the house. Deadbolt locks and exterior safety lighting. Quiet safe neighborhood. Air conditioning and heating. Water, trash, internet and cable television are included in rental price.
One tenant activity card is available for purchase on a monthly basis for this property with unlimited guest passes at a nominal fee, an economical way to gain full access to all that Sun City West facilities offer.

This is my second time staying at Barbara’s house. It is how I remembered it: very cozy, well stocked, personal touches, information booklet of area activities, and perfect layout to relax. Barbara was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. I would recommend Barbara’s house to rent to anyone. She was a great host.

A lovely house with everything you could need for your stay. The grill was ready to go and the kitchen had all we needed. Barb was just a text away and always responded promptly to us. I particularly appreciated guidebooks about hiking, birds, cactus etc. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. This was the best well furnished VRBO that I stayed at which included kitchen, cleaning and personal care supplies.
The house had ample space with couches and chairs in each area.
Was wonderful to have orange and grapefruit from the fruit trees in the backyard.
The owner was very professional and responded quickly to any questions I had.
I would stay at this house again. Thanks Barbara for sharing your home!
