Enjoy this comfortable, fully furnished, 1278 sq ft home with an open floor plan, featuring 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a desk nook in the family room. Sip an iced tea under the umbrella on the large front patio, or retreat to the backyard patio to watch the bunnies play while you grill up steaks on the BBQ. There are two bikes and folding chairs in the garage for local outings. Close to fitness centers, golf, pickleball, tennis and aquatics. Beautifully landscaped yard in a friendly neighborhood. If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable place to stay, this is it! It's in a great location and just a few turns off of the 303 freeway. Everything was fresh, clean and well kept. Check in and check out is a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I took a lovely 30 minute walk to the waterfall and to the west, there were hot air balloons floating by! There are two bicycles in the garage that are available to use. I rode the green bicycle with no issues. There are some great restaurants off of Bell Road, and Costco is only a 13 minute drive.
This felt like home away from home and I would definitely recommend! Connie is fantastic with communication and was very flexible with accommodations. Thank you for such an awesome experience!

Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds, and the owner had paid particular attention to items we would needed to fix meals at home. Owner was very responsive to our questions and observations. Easy access to major thoroughfares to travel in and around the NW valley.
