About this house rental

3 bedroom/2 bath. Large outdoor patio (with grill) for relaxing coffee or visit with friends as you watch the golfers on the 16th hole. Cart path on opposite side and outside the landing zone. Grand offers resort style adult living w pools, pickleball, tennis, golf, etc. At least one tenant must be over 55 and minimum 30 day stay. Fully furnished and ready to welcome you! Golf cart may be available for minimal fee.
