Are you looking for a spacious apartment where you will feel right at home? Why not rent our 72 m2 apartment, brand new with ski-in ski-out in the center of Alpe d'Huez!
Take advantage of its private terrace and the facilities of a luxury residence including underground parking, a ski locker with boot warmers and a common relaxation area including swimming pool, hammam and sauna.
You can also take advantage of the lobby for adults and a playground for children!
And for après ski or your meals, you have direct access from the residence to the Hôtel des Grandes Rousses, which has a pleasant and welcoming bar and two restaurants.
To ski, you will have access to the tele-center and you can come back on skis in the residence.
The apartment is located in the heart of the resort, a stone's throw from avenue de Jeux, which gives you access to all the shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the swimming pool and the ice skating rink.
You will benefit from a privileged place, close to the animation of the station while being calm.
The apartment includes:

• 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed 160 X 200 and bathroom with shower
• 1 bedroom with a King Size bed of 180 X 200 (possibility of twin beds)

End-of-stay cleaning services are included with the exception of the kitchen. Guests are invited to clean the kitchen before departure.
