The apartment is in the heart of the gaming district, you can do everything on foot, food shops, ice rink, outdoor swimming pool and restaurants. This accommodation sleeps 6 to 8, it is more comfortable for 6 people. It offers a common area with games available. It is equipped with 2 televisions and has a free wifi code. We renovated it in November 2025, the water spaces are new. The accommodations are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Cleaning fees may be claimed in case of non-compliance with the instructions. When booking, I issue a rental contract and then 30% of the stay is paid to block the dates. We ask for a deposit check of 600€ (sent by cheque at the time of booking uncashed). Arrival can be done outside the indicated hours by means of a key box available 24/7. If you arrive during the day before 4pm, a trusted person will show you around the apartment and will be your contact person on site for the duration of your stay. Arrivals are scheduled at 4pm and departures at 12pm. To get to the apartment, you can put the following address on the GPS: 208 chemin des Bergers 38750 Alpe d'Huez, the residence is called the Lauvitel, the time to unload your luggage you can park in front of the entrance of the building and then park at the bottom of the building on the square or in the basement in the paid parking lot. The travel time by car between Grenoble and Alpe d'Huez is 1 hour and 2 hours from Lyon. When you arrive after passing Huez, you have 2 accesses to reach the resort, take the Viel Alpe access. Cleaning is charged at 150€ after the stay and the linen is also extra 50€ and includes all bed linen, towels, dish towels.
