Lovely Chalet, warm, spacious and close to the lifts

Great location, close to lifts which go to either end of the resort. Plenty of space, enjoyable stay had by all. Nice place to park the hire car too. Staff at the Le refuge who had the keys were extremely helpful.

Would have liked an extra set of keys for the main building.

2 BEDROOMS ON THE GROUNDFLOOR HAD TO GO ROUND THE OUTSIDE AND COME INTO MAIN AREA THROUGH FRONT DOOR . NO EXTRACTOR FANS IN BATHROOMS SO WAS DAMP AND NOWHERE TO DRY THE TOWELS. ALSO SEEMED COLD EVEN TURNING HEATING UP

we had a good time the problem was the keys as door was stiff and difficult to use the keys

It would have been helpful to have cleaning equipment such as a mop a shovel

We enjoyed the stay overall and would recommend this place for big groups.

It was big and spacious and had one bathroom attached to each room, which was great for a big group of friends sharing. It was also very conveniently located 50 m next to some lifts that take you to pistes. The staff was very helpful and helped us with our requests.

The door was very difficult to open and more spare keys should be given to the guests. In addition, upon arrival we realised that the dishwasher had been run without soap so all the dishes and glasses were sticky/dirty. The oven was completely dirty and needs a deep cleaning. In some of the rooms, the shampoo and gel was completely empty and had not been refilled. The TV needs to be programmed and the chromecast should be attached and working with a how to manual. We asked for some kitchen cloths and were given some that smelt awful and we didn’t use. I would also recommend that a towel change is offered at least once during the whole week stay. It would be great if towel dryers were installed in the bathrooms and the wardrobes installed would be maximised inside the rooms (right now the hanging space for clothes is quite limited.

Great access to ski slopes (ski in / ski out) Good sized rooms able to accommodate group of 10 adults Downstairs room easily accessible from rest of house

Fantastic place to stay for all age groups

Great place to stay. Warm, clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect for ski lifts, shopping, restaurants etc. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend. Other reviews mentioned noise at night. We didn't experience any of this. Nice and quiet, the perfect location. Will stay there again if its available

Superbe séjour

Tres bonne situation géographique (proche télécabine, boulangerie, office de tourisme), logement bien équipé, propre et très bonne literie. Très bon accueil de Christian. Nous reviendrons !

Chalet central au très bon rapport qualité / prix !

- la localisation - tres bon rapport qualité / prix (jusqu’à 8/10 couchages) - cuisine bien équippée

- il manque une paire de clé (1 seule clé pour tout le monde, du coup les personnes qui sont dans les chambres du bas et veulent déjeuner le matin dans le chalet doivent attendre que les autres se reveillent pour ouvrir le chalet). - il serait pas mal d’avoir un etendoir pour secher les vêtements (pas de lave linge dans le chalet, donc si vous faites une laverie il n’y a rien pour étendre).
