The customer service was good. I called to say that we would be arriving a bit late so they gave me a number to call when we arrive. We arrived at 3am, later than expected, but the person in charge answered our call immediately. Near to many shops and eateries as well.
The bathroom as the entrance to it is quite a high step. Not advisable for the elderly and small kids.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is near to banks, shopping complex, hospital, food stalls/restaurant.
Feel like to repeat visit
Sorry to mention that the room we booked had a bit high toilet/bathroom.
Maybe a bit problem to me because I have knee problem
Anyway it's clean.

Strategic location if you are going to HUSM
Value for money, cannot expect much from this place.
Suitable for just sleeping and bathing. Not suitable to sit and study.
No chair or table provided. Suitable for 2 people or a small family.
Quite moldy and musky and requires better ventilation
Need to ask staff to clean rooms
WiFi not strong
Not disable friendly, need to walk up flights of stairs.
