De gastvrijheid, het uitzicht, de rust, de diertjes! Het eten was er ook heel lekker, eten wat de pot schaft maar zo goed!
Om het verblijf te bereiken kan je best de wagen parkeren aan het meer van biogradska gora om dan de wandeltocht van +- 1u naar boven te doen met een rugzak. Om met de wagen bij het verblijf te geraken is het bijna 5 km naar boven op een onverhard moeilijk pad. Onze huurwagen kon het maar net aan. Dit was niet echt duidelijk aangegeven op Booking.com.

Soggiornare in questo Katun è un'esperienza magica, per molti ...ma non per tutti: solo per chi ama la natura incontaminata, l'aria pura, il cibo genuino, gli animali, la vista a perdita d'occhio sui prati e sui monti, la vita semplice, l'accoglienza di un tempo.
Appena arrivate, Jovana ci ha subito accolto con la sua freschezza e gentilezza. Abbiamo consumato una buonissima cena preparata con prodotti rigorosamente locali in compagnia di altri ospiti.
Abbiamo dormito nelle tipiche cabine dei Katun, dove l'essenziale fa parte dell'esperienza ma scalda il cuore con la semplicità di una vita ormai (quasi) perduta. Le cabine erano pulitissime così come anche i bagni (in comune). Bellissima l'esperienza dei lavandini tutti in legno all'aperto!
La mattina dopo, sveglia con una colazione strepitosa preparata con amore da Jovana che si alza alle 5:00 del mattino appositamente per cucinare e lavorare.
Assicuratevi solo di avere una buona macchina (preferibilmente non troppo bassa) per raggiungere il Katun, perché la strada è sterrata e a volte ripida.

This Katun is delightful! Up on the hills near Biogradska National Park, Jovana will take great care of you during your stay. It was stormy during our stay, and we were so cozy! The fire was always lit, homemade herbal tea was always in offer, and the food was huge and amazing.
You pay additional for pick up and food, or it's about 1hr walk from Lake Biograd through the trees to the Katun. Keep an eye out for the beautiful Fire Salamaders. We loved our stay closer to Nature and highly recommend it.

Authentisches Hüttenfeeling. Super nette Gastgeberin. Tolles Essen.
Keine Heizmöglichkeit. Aber viele Decken. Nur eine Deckenleuchte. Keine Ablagen. Kleidung muss auf den Fußboden. Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist ein kleines Abenteuer. Die letzten 3 km steil auf Schotter.
