Katun Lanista-Kolibe Bogavac

We loved everything about this place! The location with a beautiful view, the delicious homemade food (the best we got in Montenegro), the animals (especially the cats and kittens!!) and our time with the other guests and the owner Jovana. We stayed for three nights and we spend most of our time just relaxing, reading books and spending time with the people and animals. We also went on a little hike to a beautiful lake viewpoint and a longer hike to Biogradska lake through a beautiful forrest. You can do the hikes right from the place and you don’t need a car for this.

The last 45 minutes to the place is either very narrow or a challenging gravel road. Make sure to ask for the right direction or park your car in modjovac city and ask the owner if she can pick you up from there.

Fantastische ervaring. Genoten van de gastvrijheid van Jovana en het lekkere avondeten en formidabel ontbijt. Ons favoriet plekje was het boomhuisje voor een fris biertje of huisgemaakt sapje. Een uniek plekje, een aanrader!

Niets viel tegen aan deze accommodatie. Wij zijn vlot naar boven geraakt met onze huurwagen (SUV). Een alternatief bij een kleinere wagen is te parkeren aan het meer in het NP Biogradska en daar het supermooie trail naar de Katun Lanista te wandelen. Dat is 4km door de bossen, langs een mooi wandelpad.

Kolibe Bogovac s ljubavlju sagrađene i opremljene od samih vlasnika pružaju autentičan stil lokaliteta od hrane do dekoracije. Sve je u znaku divlje, prelepe prirode i jednostavnog života. Ovde je jedno od retkih mesta gde možete videti domaće životinje koje se slobodno kreću, a i pun sjaj noćnog neba.

Put do katuna je zaista težak, ali je vlasnik to i naglasio i čak ponudio da nas doveze gore!
