The villa has a living and dining area, equipped with a luxurious kitchen with the latest equipment. The floor-to-ceiling window front with balcony enables a fantastic sea view, which relaxes from sunrise to spectacular sunset and invites you to dream.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a double sink, walk-in shower, bidet and toilet.
The two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, television, wardrobe and box-spring bed with a comfortable mattress. One room has a double bed 1.60mx 2.00m the other room with a double bed 1.80mx 2.00m. Through sliding doors you get to the spacious terrace with your own pool, sun loungers and the outdoor kitchen. A flower garden adjoins the terrace.
