Theros Seaside Suite

The location is the best feature, in the centre of Kalamaki. The sunset views are spectacular. The apartment was very clean on arrival, stylish and new looking. The host were welcoming and included a generous fruit bowl. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner efficient and quiet.

We can't understand a rating of ten. Has no one noticed the intrusive and sleep disturbing flashing lights in the bedrooms? The bathrooms are tiny and very cramped. You can barely get in if the shower door is closed. Poor design. The lights, blinds, washing machine, and other electronics are unnecessarily complicated and the are no instructions for anything. We recommend only a mac 3 night stay. There is no cleaning or change of sheets, towels during your stay. Unusual for luxury accommodation. Upstairs is lovely but there is insufficient shade so unbearable on a hot late afternoon with the Western sun beating in after about 4 pm. The same applies on the lower balcony.

Absolutely wonderful stay! ❤️ We had a fantastic time at Theros Seaside Studio and truly enjoyed every moment. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for a relaxing holiday, and we felt at home from the very beginning. The host was wonderful and made our stay even more pleasant. Everything was easy and exactly as we had hoped. We stayed here as a family and would happily choose Theros again. We are leaving with beautiful memories and already hope to come back next year! Highly recommended — a perfect place for a wonderful holiday in Crete! ☀️🇬🇷

The only small downside is that, although the apartment is located right on a beautiful beach, the entrance into the sea can be a little tricky in some spots because of the slippery rocks. Of course, this has absolutely nothing to do with the apartment itself. And honestly, despite visiting so many beautiful beaches around Crete, we still enjoyed the beach right in front of the apartment the most! ❤️

Wonderful apartment, welcoming hosts, and a perfect beachfront location. Everything was spotless, modern, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. As a thoughtful gesture, the hosts welcomed us with fresh fruit, souvenirs, and an aperitif. This is definitely a place worth visiting!

The property was located right on the strip close to the sea, to view the apartment queen, everything about the place just works

I don’t think there’s much that he did not like, honestly location is perfect places for 10 out of 10
