Copacul, ambientul, designul locuintei.
Probleme cu apa calda, in special in zilele înnorate. La ploaie puternica, a intrat apa pe sub usa de la intrare.

Modernes Haus in sonniger guter Lage! Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern! Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bequeme Liegen. Kleiner Fußweg in den Ort Kalamaki, einschließlich Strand und Meer!
Kleinigkeiten: Küche ohne Spülmaschine, keine Schere, kein Tablett, kein Küchenmesser, kein Vergrösserungsspiegel, wenig Ablagen im Bad, und keine in der Dusche. Leider keine Aussendusche, kein Grillplatz!

Stylishly designed.
The villa right next to us was rented to people who had many guests over so there were about ten people who were making a lot of noise, shouting, screaming and singing out loud, playing music. Hard to relax.
