Palmera Camp Wadi Rum

An unforgettable luxury desert glamping escape with incredible hospitality, amazing food, and magical stargazing. This glamping experience was nothing short of amazing. The location in the heart of Wadi Rum was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking desert scenery all around and surreal stargazing at night that felt unforgettable. The service levels were truly in line with 5-star standards, and Hosam and his team went above and beyond to make our stay special with their warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality. The breakfast and supper spread were exceptional — generous portions is an understatement — with a wide variety of delicious and freshly prepared food. The tents were comfortable, clean, and beautifully set up, creating the perfect balance between luxury and authentic desert charm.

Honestly, there was very nothing to fault. We only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the experience even more.

The location , the food and the decor of the room

There are a few things that really kind of ruined our stay as it was short and we didn’t feel looked after . * after a long drive on the Jeep , we arrived and sat down in non ac room , the guy greeting us was very rude and lacks any sense of hospitality, he sat us down to discuss the activities and after it’s done he said he will give us water , we go to the to the room , no water , we satyed 45 mins for water after arriving , every bad when u are in the dessert * our bubble had a cover that wasn’t removed till we asked in the morning 2 hours before leaving ; ps. You can’t remove it yourself * the room was so hot and stuffy when we arrived it would be great if you have water and ac’d room waiting for you after a long journey that most people have arriving in wadi rum.. * we had tea and shisha at night , shisha was bad and the charcoal was never changed ; i have asked if I can pay they said we can upping check out , whilst im having breakfast and without any good morning , same rude member of staff asks me when im going and if we can settle the bill ! Whilst im still having my coffee ! Ps it was an hour before checkout time and we were checking out in a half in an hour after . I expect more with the type of price you are charging , water and drinks upon arrival should be a must . Little touches that could have completed the magic of wadi rum Other staff were all amazing
