The upper floor features a cozy living/dining room with satellite TV and radio, along with a separate dining room with a dining table and satellite TV. Both rooms have access to a balcony. There is one double bedroom with a bathroom and balcony access, and another double bedroom with balcony access. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a small bar area. Additionally, there is a shower and two separate toilets on this level. The second upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, has one double bedroom with sloping ceilings and a separate toilet, and two more double bedrooms with sloping ceilings. This level also has a separate toilet.
