Private: well-kept garden 100 m2 lawn. Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Mayerhofen Larcherhof" 89 m, railway station "Mayerhofen Bahnhof" 2.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths 20 km. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Drink best mountain spring water from the faucet.. There is a small apartment in the attic which is only accessible through the house next door.
