The shower head should change to a softer one . This one is painfull especially when you wash ypur face with like needle poking at your face

Sofa rosak cannot sit

Location was good. Staff friendly and service was prompt

There were no kitchen towels, utensils were mot clean. Too few cups/glasses, crockery, Tv was inconsistent. Only one pillow per person

The space is beautifully designed — We loved the mezzanine level where the queen bed is located. It gave the unit a stylish, loft-like feel. There’s also an additional bathroom upstairs, which was super convenient. The apartment was comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed — kitchen, fridge, TV, sofa, dining table, aircond, towels, and more. It really felt like a home away from home. Even though it’s on the 30th floor, the lift was fast and we never had to wait long. The surrounding within the building itself is quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. The best part is the apartment is above Ekocheras Mall, just using the same lift to go to the unit, parking area and the Mall. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. What truly impressed us was the host’s service. When the guest before us refused to check out on time, the host team acted and provided us with an alternative unit of equal type. They even managed to get the previous guest to compensate us for the inconvenience — which we really appreciated. They also gave us a basket of fruits as a token of their appreciation. The host was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

I assumed the alternative unit was long unoccupied before, so it was a bit dusty.
