Hard to find the parking lot and guard cannot understand the comunication. Need to walk and find the entry door and weak instructions. No need video just capture the parking lot and the entry area because the video online how to find the parking area not the parking lot.waste time. Also key door difficult to use and lift card only one but visitor park and cstmer park in difference area, so need to reach other family to go up.
