The experience is like we hit the lottery jackpot. We pick the spot because its high rating at the bookings site. And it is a hidden gem buried in Belém which is away from narrow alleys of the city center. However we are so close by the Pasteis de Belém, mosteiro dos Jerónimos, Padrao dos descobrimentos, torres de Belém and so much more sites. With electric scooters and bicycles, Uber and public transportations one can get to places from this property without staying in the city center. The property manager, Frederico and the owner give us the amenities, kitchen gadgets and utensils are far beyond a furnished apartment would offer and are all high quality stuffs. If there is 6 star rating, we will give it this accolade. Most of all, Federico is like a private concierge who is always available and responsive through WhatsApp, who spoils us like our babysitter. This is my 1st time, someone as a property manager would make an effort to meet us in person on the street upon our arrival, directing us where to park which is so critical in a densely populated area, and then spend more than 30 min. briefing us about the apartment and what to do and avoid near and far. He has so many personal touches to make us feel welcomed, the olive oil lavender soap, a bottle of local wine, to name just a few. Hands down, we will contact Frederico if we are to come back any time soon. This experience is like we hit a home run and we are afraid we won’t run into the same superior place and experience again in our trip around the ibérico peninsula. Keep up with the good work, Frederico.

One needs to be aware the doors of the freezer and refrigerator are closed every time after opening the doors.

Great apartment! The host met us upon arrival and gave us all the information about the place and the neighborhood. This is definitely the most equipped apartment I've stayed in - it has everything you need (and more) for a pleasant stay that will make you feel right at home. In the very pampering kitchen, bottles of wine, chocolate and fruit were waiting for us (in addition to a selection of spices for cooking and coffee), and the washing machine and dryer allowed us to return home with clean suitcases :) The location of the apartment was excellent - in the heart of a quiet neighborhood, with free parking in the surrounding streets, and a few minutes' walk from all the main sites of Belém.

All was just perfect!!!
