Walk to Beach: HHI Beach & Tennis Resort Condo

Clean (no bugs or weird smells), good location (right beside playground, laundry services, & pond), comfortable living (quality furniture & appliances), full of needed items (including lots of beach accessories).

A little longer of a walk to the beach than most, but still within a 5 minute walk through the resort to the private beach access.

I love how spacious this condo felt. Central to everything Hilton head beach and tennis offers.

The place itself was very nice, we are young enough so being on 3rd floor and at the end was wonderful as people came and went all the time we did not have to deal with listening to people walk by or hear that so that was great! The walk was not far at all. This was my very first vacation so I thought I was prepared however was not luckily the very few things I did not think about the condo did have, and what it did not have Dollar Store was not far away or a Market of some sort. We got in late so unfortunately places around do close around 10p we did have some snacks on us so we were able to hold off until the morning. It was just myself and 2 teenagers. It was a nice they were able to have there own bedrooms. Most of the condos we were looking at were showing bunk beds. I hope to plan a yearly trip at least and would highly recommend this place! It is not crazy busy which we loved but not far away from things either. The beach was not crazy busy either, it was peaceful. I would recommend this place and if this place is booked at least stay around Folly Field Area. I also love that it does have security all over as well. If you don't want to leave the resort you really don't have to its has everything, we just had family close by and other things to do so we left often. I did not get get to try out the drinks/ice cream or food right next to the beach on the resort which I was bummed about so that is on my to do list next time. The pool was good size which I did not go to but it looked like a lot of people enjoyed. I enjoyed the ocean and beach most of my time though. First day there on the beach I found part of a shark tooth, seen my first and touched top of a jelly fish, along with seen my first dolphin close by. So first day was a success. The whole trip was a success. Thanks for sharing your place!

One of the security guards wasn't nice at all - maybe he was just having a bad day. We only had to deal with him once and only seen him once, when all we did was ask a question. Any other time if we had a question (2 more times) a staff member walking by and another security guard was both super nice and helpful.

the front desk staff was not kind or helpful but our hosts were amazing!
