Location was perfect. The house was just right for our large group. Every couple/person had their own bedroom and full bath. It was comfortable stay. It was a perfect balance of privacy and community with the shared livingrooms and kitchen. There was an issue with one of the rooms but the host resolved it the next day. (We got in pretty late the first night). Off street parking was a definite bonus. Would definitely stay there again.
Maine was unusually cold weather when we visited. (This wasn't our first trip to ME). Getting and keeping the house warm the first night was a struggle. The host was quick to help us solve that issue.

Great location. Lots of room for our large family. All rooms had privacy and noise seemed to be canceled well. Home is nice. Nice deck and grill.
Listing had inaccuracies. It said there was a kids playground in the backyard. It also showed a television in each bedroom. Two toilets had issues. One shower couldn’t be used because it leaked into the kitchen. The owner was very nice when we contacted her and refunded a bit for the inconveniences.
Also, we had to childproof a bit upon arriving. There are lots of breakables and this home is listed and perfect for family rentals. Way too many temptations at reachable levels for little children.
Access to washer and dryer should be included or provide more towels for the stay.
