The location, pool, roomy condo.
There was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 6-day, 5-night stay. We asked the owners about this and they said they only provide enough to get you started, which seemed odd.

Not that crowded and the beach was nice and flat and just steps from the condo which was nice.
Not crowded but had some making noises late night on beach and yelling doing fireworks late at night like 12 and 2am.

Twin beds in second bedroom were really not meant for adults
