Access to unit great with no elevator. Access to beach very easy. Great for physically limited.
Suggest a dead bolt lock on inside of front door. Needs a K-Cup coffee machine . Had to go to Walmart and purchase one .

Mattresses need to be replaced, the blinds in the master bed room need to be fixed or replaced. slots missing so at 6am the sunlight was streaming in the master looked like 12 in the afternoon. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes, other dishes and pots and pans also dirty.
