About this house rental
Relax in this new home overlooking Long Lake. Let time drift by on the water while creating memories. Evenings around the campfire are priceless. Explore the area-the St. Croix River Valley and several wineries are 10-15 min away. Gandy Dancer state trail is 5 minutes. 1 bedroom with heavy duty twin over full bunk beds and1 bedroom with a king bed and lofted twin XL. Living room, dining room, full kitchen with breakfast bar. The large yard leaves plenty of room for yard games under the shade tree. Attached is a patio with tables and chairs, an unattached covered patio with a picnic table and gas grill. 2 kayaks and canoe are available for your use on Long Lake at no additional charge. In the summer months, there is space for your boat on the dock if pre-arranged with the host(long lake has public access). We may be on the property in our own space that is an attached owners suite. 2 Bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, outdoor spaces. You may be sharing the outdoor space with the hosts, other guests and a large dog (We have a separate entrance to an attached owners suite) we do not use the firepit or kayaks when there are guests.
Other things to note
May thru September-If you plan on bringing your own watercraft please let us know. There may be space on the dock-but only if requested before your stay..we have a security camera on the front and back of the garage facing the front and back yard and also a nest video doorbell, they will be on and are only outside. If anyone in your party is afraid of dogs please let us know and we can keep our dog tethered during your stay. Please let us know if there will be small children as part of your group. The house is not child proof.

I have two grandsons with August Birthdays. These was a fun weekend for them. Had a great time kayaking. Your home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen is awesome. Thank you so much. Excellent area with close access to attractions

This home was so clean and spacious and it was nice to be right on the lake. We were in the area for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. I even used one of the kayaks one morning. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils.

Property wasn't clean, greasy plates dirty coffee pot with mildew in the grounds. Gas grill was unusable, knobs kept falling off the stove. Broken bed.
