About this cabin rental
Relax with the whole family at this beautifully updated log home on 80 private acres! Recent 2025 renovations include new carpet, new central AC, new furnace, new lighting, new refrigerator & remodeled bathroom! 2 bedrooms + loft, 1 bathroom. Spaceous eat-in kitchen with large center island, 3 season porch, deck, 2 living rooms with big screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator & microwave. 3 season porch has a futon for additional sleeping space. Plenty of games, DVDs, books, table sized cribbage board, charcoal grill, fire pit & walking trails. Main level bedroom has 1 queen bed, lower level bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 set of twin bunk beds, loft bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 mattress on the floor. Extremely private property for secluded get away with spaceous yard. Pet friendly! The cabin and host was amazing! Took our girl scout troop here for a long weekend. Our girls just loved the place! We had a hard time getting them to leave the place to explore the area! It was so peaceful and relaxing.

The cabin was nicely isolated but given the wet weather they've had all Spring/into summer we were unable to enjoy the outdoors. We like to do yard games and have bon fires but this was not possible due to the bugs. Other issues we incountered were brought to the owners attention which she assured me will be addressed for future renters.

Nice area, unfortunately there was black mold in the bathroom, the basement needed a dehumidifier cause moisture was so high. Also, it has a bad mouse problem.
