Picture Perfect is a house completed in December 2019, furnished for the enjoyment for families and dog alike. Step out of the back door and enjoy the beautiful views of the beach across the street. Then relax in the new eight-person hot tub and cook up dinner on the private gas grill!

When you aren't enjoying the beach or hot tub, take a short drive into town where you can enjoy delicious dining options such as Reel Deal BBQ, Islanders, and Beached Cafe (all within three miles of the house). Don't forget to take a day to explore the Audubon Bird Sanctuary five miles across the island. This 164-acre sanctuary has miles of walking trails through beautiful woodlands, swampland, and gulf beaches.

Check in was easy. The house is beautiful and large with plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. The knly complaint I have is the refrigerator seemed to not keep everything as cold as I'd like and the freezer was having a hadd time. Maybe they will address that and get it fixed. Overall it is a beautiful, functional property for a family vacation!

Wonderful location. Convenient to everything we needed. Clean house. We did take most of our groceries and seasonings from home. The only issue was the refrigerator was not cooling well. And the freezer seemed off as well. I did notify the company upon our departure. Our trip was short so we didn’t require a lot of cold products.

So it was mediocre. Nothing to write home about but nothing to to brag about either. The house is in need of maintenance. The hot tub day 2 was broken. The icemaker in the refrigerator day 2 was broken. The mold in the cabinets was gross. 3 stars is the best i can do.
