Oklahoma City Home w/ Yard - 5 Mi to Downtown!

Location was great but the house needs work. There was electrical issues with two bedrooms and the layout of the house was not good. Both bedrooms are located next to each other and you have to walk through the kitchen from the back bedroom to get to the bathroom. The smoke detectors were all removed from all rooms and one bedroom had exposed electrical outlet. The shower had mold on the curtain and the shower rod was rusted. We had to contact the host to get a mop and bucket for mopping the floors. When I told her of the electrical problem she said that she knew of it and that it would take two weeks for someone to come repair/check it out, yet nobody came there to fix it during my 3 weeks at the house?! The entire house needs to be gutted and redesigned to better utilize the space.

Didn’t like the bathroom location and the floors were not level throughout the house.
