About this house rental
This is a historic property in one of Oklahoma City's charming historic neighborhoods. The home is centrally located: across the street from Oklahoma City University, five minutes to the Plaza, five minutes from the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds, 10 minutes to downtown, and just a couple minutes from most highways. The space is a half duplex; you will have the 2nd floor interior to yourself but share a driveway and backyard. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry rooms are equipped with essentials.
The space
The space is very cozy. It was decorated with lots of neutrals, extra blankets, and an comfy couches. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas are mostly open to one another. There are three bedrooms that are all generously sized. The property has one full bathroom. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen. This unit is located on the top floor of this duplex and requires a flight of stairs to enter the space. The back yard is shared with the downstairs guests.
Guest access
You'll be able to access the entire home and front porch. The back yard is shared by the downstairs guests. There are three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Driveway parking is available for 1 vehicle and street parking is available for additional vehicles.

If you are bringing your pet you must disclose their attendance when booking your stay. The pet fee is $100.00 and covers one pet (emotional support animals still incur a fee). Additional pets are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, an additional $100.00 fee is charged for each pet in your party. If we learn a pet is at the property without disclosure a fee will be charged at $200 per pet.

We are excited to offer this home to large gatherings, and will allow parties ranging from kids birthdays to bachelorette/bachelor parties. We ask you notify us if there will be a party planned so we can arrange for appropriate linens and supplies.

Your home was in a great location with an amazing amount of room and space for our family. Unfortunately, it lacked quite a bit from other homes we have stayed in. The air fryer did not work, we could not find the ironing board or iron. There were no soaps provided and only 1 extra roll of toilet paper. While a Keurig was provided there was no coffee provided with it. There were blinds on some windows but none of them worked all were broken. These issues are all minor and did not ruin or affect our stay just suggestions on a few things to make it 5 Star across the board. Thank you for your homeTo celebrate our daughters graduation from OCU! .
