The property was close to the fairgrounds which was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and comfortable just as described. We will be stating here for future trips.

Location for us was great, house was smaller than expected but was enough room for the family gathering. Kitchen utensils was kinda sparse, had to borrow frying pans from family.

Nothing super fancy here but clean, safe feeling and close to the fairgrounds. We didn’t spend much time at the house, because our competition keeps us busy most of the day, but we enjoyed ourselves and Would utilize this home again.

The property has been renovated but very cheaply. There is NO dishwasher. You are asked to do dishes prior to checking out but you must hand wash, DURING A PANDEMIC. This is completely unsanitary.
The furnishings & decor are old, mismatched and look like they’re from a garage sale. Floors are all tile and very cold with hardly any throw rugs. The rugs that are in the home are old and dirty. Backs of toilets are filthy, toothpaste is splattered down the front of one of the vanities. Bedding is drab, no comforters on beds only a thin blanket. Neighbors to the south are loud, and play loud music all hours of the night. Dishes, utensils etc are sparse and mismatched. This could be a decent rental but the entire place needs a good cleaning, and a major update in furnishings, decor and linens.
