Kick back and relax! This home offers privacy in a family friendly neighborhood convenient to I-35. Easy to get to parks, recreation, shopping, worship places, and entertainment. Consider this place your home away from home while you visit the area. Whether you need a place a few days or a few months, this neat home may be perfect for you! The big living room has a ceiling fan, 2 couches, and one is a queen-size pull out sleeper sofa couch. Settle in to the comfy rocker recliner to kick back and relax or watch TV. The big Smart TV has HD antenna. The big sturdy desk in the main entry room is great for work or study. When you have work to do, the sturdy large desk will accommodate you with good lighting and good WiFi! Kitchen with lots of cabinet space & plenty of dishes & cookware! There is a laundry room off the kitchen and back porch with full size washer & dryer. The east facing backyard is fenced, has a big covered patio, LED string lighting, BB-Q grill, & patio table & chairs.
All beds are comfy queen size with high thread count sheets and nice comforters. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and chest of drawers. The half bath is in the primary bedroom. There are plenty of towels in the linen closet. My goal is that you are comfortable and feel safe and secure here. It’s surrounded by nice neighbors who respect each other’s privacy.
