Walk to Indian Rocks Beach - Vibrant Condo

The location is great. Beach access is convenient & the beach is very nice. Walkable to many places or a short drive to other spots. Love the location.

The towels could be upgraded because they were thin & old. Pillows are not comfortable and maybe a mattress pad to help the nesting in the mattress to make bed more comfortable. Just a note… the studio is under another unit and if you have noisy upstairs tenants it may affect sleep.

The close location to the beach allowed for sunset viewing every night - just walked across the street! Fun beach vibes in accommodation. Attention to details evident. Appreciated having washer/dryer in unit and beach items available free for use including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon and cooler. Owner was kind, responsive and communicated promptly.

Lighting was dim in unit. Futon could uses a freshener.

We loved the location to the beach & food. Beach access is across the street and lots of places were in walking distance to grab food and drinks. The size of condo is perfect for a couple and decor is very beachy.

A few upgrades would greatly improve the stay. The mattress is older so both sides have a “nest”. All pillows were flat with no support and towels were very thin. In another post, a customer mentioned their feet getting dirty when going barefoot in the place… we had that happen too. A few simple changes would make the place much better.

The location was great and the host that contacted us (Greg) provided us all information needed, was quick to respond to our questions and was very friendly. The room size was great for our small family. The king bed was very comfortable.

The king bed was very comfortable, but the futon...not so much. It's not easy to lay flat and put back up and the cushion is very stiff. When we arrived, there were several cockroaches in the room. There was one under the front of the futon, one by the trashcan in the kitchen and one behind the nightstand. Also, the floor was very dirty. We took our shoes off upon walking in, which we also do at home as well. Just from walking around unpacking on day one...our feet were filthy. We had to end up wearing flip-flops inside after bathing because if not we had to wash our feet again before getting in bed. Overall, the place was a good size and in a great location, but definitely needs to be cleaned before each visitor. Even if just a quick sweep and mopping. I hope this information helps because it really is a cute room.
