Furnished Deck, Beachfront Fun! Galveston Getaway

Location was superlative and found the beds to be very comfortable. The living room furniture was also quite comfortable. The kitchen was (mostly) well stocked. The host, Lupe, was very accessible and very responsive for any/all concerns. Wi-fi issues were addressed quickly (albeit only partially able to repair for wi-fi but not the tv/streaming).

The cabana had a few issues that were not tops: the kitchen had not one single sharp knife for carving nor for cutting meats at the table. I was unable to find one non-stick pan that was non-stick. The Keurig had water left in it with mold. The dining room table and one chair needed tightening of the bolts but I had no access to a Phillips screwdriver, lol. The electric storm shutters did not work and albeit the two bedroom lights worked the fans did not. And sadly the house had extensive exterior issues of deferred maintenance such as the exterior deck balusters being rusted to the point of collapse.

House needs maintenance and upgrade

Great location and easy walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable inside. The patio was the perfect place to spend the evening.

Key holder was tricky to open. Patio railing could use some work in a few areas.

The house is right on the beach. Loved the location. The owner was exceptional with helping us get settled in and accommodating us when my daughter got sick. We really enjoyed this little house. It felt like home.

It wasn't as clean as I expected. There was a dirty tube sock in one room and a crackers package in the other. We had to wipe everything down and kill bugs. It seems they need a better cleaning service.
